Halogen Systems is a Reno-based business creating sensors capable of monitoring and solving difficult water issues. Regia Multimedia Services was contracted to facilitate the launch of Halogen’s “Technical Support Portal” to provide a platform for Halogen’s clients to review troubleshooting or on-boarding guidance with their products.

In this video, Halogen’s technical support specialist Dylan presents a deep dive into display diagnostics, providing engineers, technicians, and sales personnel in the water treatment industry with essential insights for maintaining optimal sensor functionality.
